Release Date 13.09.2026
Highlights
Market and trade reliability. This release fixes a long list of ways the market could get stuck. This should address the majority of market issues.
Food buffs. Food can now give your Seedlings temporary buffs. This is an experimental feature and we will expand the recipes and effect types based on your feedback. We also did some general food rebalancing.
Claiming plots. Finding a spot for your tent is easier. Claimable plots are highlighted more clearly, stay visible at any distance, and a new Claimable Plots panel lists all of them and jumps the camera to the one you click.
Art updates. The Spaceport, Subway Station, Abandoned Mine, and the cliff formations have updated assets, as do the Food Processor and Advanced Workbench. Seedlings also get seven new hairstyles in Customization.
Daily Budget moved to the Wallet. The Daily Budget panel now lives in the Wallet app, with its own tab next to your Wallet. It is no longer in the Scheduler.
Delivery drones rebalanced. Drones were far too strong for their size. They now take 15 inventory space instead of 1, and a single haul carries up to 250 instead of 1,000.

Societies and governance
The Owner role of a business now shows as a normal role card in the Jobs app, and firing your own Seedling from your own business now sends a notification.
Role succession is now shown as a rule directly on the role card, under the election or appointment sentence.
Fix: Hiring, sentencing, and election results now send one notification each instead of duplicates, and the notification names the Seedling it is about. A constitution change that swaps the society's adult role no longer notifies every adult twice.
Fix: Removing a permission from a role could delete another unrelated permission of the same type.
Starting a new society is now blocked on islands that already have 2,000 or more Seedlings.
Fix: Visitors of an open service location, like a library, can no longer pick up or drop off resources from containers they do not own. Staff, owners and residents are unaffected.
Plots and territory
The Frontier Tent can now be packed up.
While placing a tent, plot highlights are now more visible, making it easier to find claimable plots.
All claimable plots of the society now show while placing a tent regardless of distance instead of fading out when far away.
An invalid tent position no longer also colors the plot underneath red.
A new Claimable Plots panel lists all claimable plots during tent placement, and clicking a plot focuses the camera on it.
The floating name bubbles over plots now stay visible while claiming a plot, and both plot and building bubbles can be seen from further away.
Fix: Inactive members (5+ days without placing a tent) no longer count against Claimable Plot availability, allowing new Seedlings to join the society.

Seedling autonomy
Seedlings will start voting autonomously in some societies, only in elections, and only if their cultivators have been AFK for more than 2 real-time weeks.
This won't have a noticeable impact on most societies, but will help to streamline the electoral processes in smaller settlements with some AFK Seedlings.
Seedlings will only vote for candidates with whom they have a strong connection, such as best friends and partners.
An election won't ever be decided only by autonomous Seedlings. They will stop voting when 50% of the votes have been cast, to prevent elections from closing early before active players participate.
Seedlings and needs
Seedlings now keep 60 relationships at most. Family, a partner, and best friends are never forgotten.
You now get a notification when one of your Seedlings falls unconscious.
Mind tab fixes and improvements.
Market and trade
Trading contracts now allow just under 30 real minutes to be fulfilled, up from 15. The contract creation and review panels now also explain the fulfillment rules better.
Delivery drones were incorrectly balanced. They took too little volume and had extremely high capacity for how small they are. A drone now takes 15 inventory volume instead of 1, and one drone haul now carries up to 250 instead of 1,000. Drones that have been placed down will keep their old carry capacity until packed up or moved.

Fix: Demolishing a building that a staged sell order hauls goods from no longer leaves the order stuck on the market forever. The order now cancels itself and you get a toast explaining where the goods went.
Fix: Automatic restock no longer cancels its own buy order while a delivery for it is already on the way.
Fix: Automatic restock rules no longer stop ordering after one of their orders finishes.
Fix: An automatic restock order that bought nothing now shows as failed instead of sitting in delivery forever.
Fix: When only part of a global sell order ships, the units left behind in your building go back on sale instead of dropping off your listing.
Fix: A global market import delivery will now wait up to seven real days at the Spaceport if your inbox is full before being lost. Please make room in your inboxes!
Fix: When a society's deliveries are at their limit, a valid new delivery now replaces the one that has gone longest without being hauled, instead of the new delivery failing.
Fix: An automatic restock buy is now capped at the free space of the destination inbox, so a full inbox no longer causes the same goods to be re-bought in an endless loop.
Fix: A sell order gets unlisted when the outbox holding the goods was destroyed.
Fix: Reducing a repeated sell order no longer leaves the outbox requesting goods for the old, larger amount.
Fix: Buy orders that were sitting next to a matching offer without trading now get filled more reliably.
Fix: After a one-time sell order partially sells, it now shows the correct remaining amount, and Seedlings stop hauling too many goods to the outbox.
Fix: Deliveries that already ended no longer offer haul jobs at a business's outbox, where they failed instantly and blocked real deliveries from being hauled.
Fix: A delivery business run from a rented building now finds its delivery agents and shows the right business on its hauling jobs.
Fix: A sold-out one-time sell order now shows the units sold and their value in My Sell Orders, instead of 0.
Fix: Cancelling a building under construction no longer leaves a buy order for that building stuck forever with your SeedCoin held.
Fix: A Buy Now purchase that cannot buy anything now shows as Failed right away, instead of staying open with a cancel button that gives an error.
Production
Production output perks such as "+20% output" now pay out on all schematics they cover. The fractional bonus rolls as a chance at one extra item, so a base-3 craft yields 4 items on 60 percent of crafts.
Fix: Production condition texts now say which storage they count, for example "Do until X in building storage" or "Do until X in plot storage".
Fix: Seedlings no longer start extracting slow ores with too little energy, run out midway, and retry without ever finishing. The Seedling energy needed to start now depends on the ore's full extraction time. If your Seedling's energy is too low, it will not start this task.
Food buffs & balancing
New experimental feature: Food can now give temporary buffs to Seedlings that consume it. This is limited to five food recipes for now, but we will expand the list and the effect types based on player feedback.
Canned Algae Paste now lasts much longer, going from 48 to 96 sim days, making it the longest lasting food in the game. This also applies to all food that already exists.
The raw algae inputs for both Tomato Soup (25 to 13) and Herbal Tea (21 to 11) were roughly halved.

Objects and catalogue
There are five ways to get an item: grown from seeds, gathered from the world, extracted from underground deposits, craftable, and Marketplace. Each is represented with an icon in the Availability section in the Object Catalogue. The icon turns green when available and is greyed out when not.
Backpacks and belt bags now show an "Inventory capacity: +N" row on their item card in storage, the Object Catalogue, and hover tooltips.
The Pollen Pill is now called Fertility Pill everywhere, with a new icon. Nothing about how it works changes.
Fix: The Emergency Response skill now shows a siren icon instead of a missing-icon placeholder.
Buildings and world view
Picking "No Roof" or "No Walls" on a building now sticks across sessions and across building selections. Focusing a building opens it in your last-used view instead of always starting from Whole View.
A new "Furniture set icons" toggle in the Visibility popover lets you hide the set-bonus badges shown while placing furniture.
Fix: In the Visibility popover, Resource Deposits is now a header row that toggles the Sub-surface overlay and Icons rows below it.
Game settings
Scroll-wheel zoom speed now scales with distance, making it zoom in faster when already zoomed out a lot while keeping zooming slower when zoomed in.
Graphics
Fix: The world coordinates grid and placement bounds no longer draw on roads, Seedlings or building floors, and plot visuals are drawn on top of grass blades.

The Food Processor has an updated look.

The Advanced Workbench has an updated look.
Seedlings have seven new hairstyles.
User interface
Actions in organization, property, and market windows now have loading states: the clicked button becomes a spinner, and if the server refuses, the reason is shown in a dialog instead of nothing happening.
The Daily Budget panel moved from the Scheduler app to the Wallet app, which now has a Wallet tab and a Daily Budget tab.
Mobile app
Added a "Body" tab to Focus mode on mobile. The information about a Seedling's health is now more accurate and matches the way it is presented on the desktop client.
Fixes
Fix: Moving an object into a Seedling's inventory can no longer duplicate it when the move fails partway.
Fix: Interrupting a Seedling mid-move no longer leaves the carried object stuck in its inventory forever.
Fix: Accepting a society invite from the start screen as a trial player no longer gets stuck on an outdated payment pop-up during character creation.
Performance has been improved when opening the Land Planner in large societies.
