Player Driven Content is created through a Player's management or prompting of their Seedling, activities orchestrated by a Player on behalf of their Seedling, interaction with SEED's Game Systems and coordination with other Players. |
Player Created Content | Content created by Players, such as text input. |
Generated Content | Generated Content means content generated by or through LLM Driven Features or other automated systems from Player input, in-game or Seedling context, Game Systems, gameplay state or other SEED context. |

Virtual Assets do not have any real-world value and may not be traded for real-world value or outside of the specifically designed Game Features of SEED enabling the in-game trade of Virtual Assets. Virtual Assets are provided to You as a limited use right to access particular SEED Content. You do not establish ownership in any Virtual Asset and they are subject to the SEED Terms like all other SEED Content. A Virtual Asset may derive its perceived, strictly limited in-game value from its tradeability, fungibility or scarcity in SEED. |
SEED Currencies | SEED Currencies are a category of Licensed Publisher Content and act as fungible Virtual Assets used as a unit of exchange and unit of account in SEED's economic gameplay on Avesta. They have no real-world value, are not redeemable for real-world value and must not be used outside of SEED's Game Systems specifically designed for the use of SEED Currencies. |
Seedcoin | Seedcoin is the medium of exchange between Seedlings. Seedlings can earn and spend Seedcoin autonomously. Certain Game Features may allow or require You to spend Seedcoin on behalf of Your Seedling. Seedcoin has no monetary value, may not be redeemed for real-world value and must not be traded or exchanged for real-world money. Any exchange of Seedcoin between Players is strictly limited to the relevant Game Systems or Game Features provided by Publisher, in particular the Seedcoin to Pollen exchange or specific gifting mechanisms, or as a part of any Game System allowing the exchange of Seedcoin between Seedlings. Terms like "Buy" and "Sell" in relation to Seedcoin may be used to indicate the transfer of content licenses represented by Virtual Assets, but do not indicate a legally valid transfer of economic ownership. You acknowledge that Publisher may deny, halt, suspend, discontinue, or reverse any order or subsequent transaction at any time in its sole discretion. Seedcoin must not be exchanged in any other way and Game Systems allowing the exchange of Seedcoin must not be abused, manipulated or exploited beyond their intended use for gameplay. Violating these limitations may result in the permanent ban of Your Account. |

Terms like "Buy" and "Sell" in relation to Pollen may be used to indicate the transfer of content licenses represented by Virtual Assets, but do not indicate a legally valid transfer of economic ownership. You acknowledge that Publisher may deny, halt, suspend, discontinue, or reverse any order or subsequent transaction at any time in its sole discretion. Pollen must not be exchanged in any other way and Game Systems allowing the exchange of Pollen must not be abused, manipulated or exploited beyond their intended use for gameplay. Violating these limitations may result in the permanent ban of Your Account. |
Other Virtual Assets | Other Virtual Assets are Virtual Assets other than SEED Currencies. |
Fertility Pill | A Fertility Pill is used to make a Seedling fertile, which will enable the Seedling to have offspring with another Seedling. Having offspring requires and empty Seedling Slot. Trading of Fertility Pills may be disabled at the beginning of SEED's Early Access. |

They can be purchased for Pollen individually or in Bundles. They can be used by a Seedling by gifting them to a Player's Seedling. When worn by a Seedling or kept in a Seedling's inventory, Cosmetics may be lost forever, subject to the Player's interaction with SEED's Game Systems. Cosmetics may be kept in Orbital Storage to prevent loss. |

Individual and General Features | Individual and General Game Features are Game Features which allow the Player to access SEED Content, Game Systems and gameplay experiences in a capacity that Players can influence, decide or manage alone or that generally apply to the gameplay of each Player. |
Seedling | Playing SEED requires a Seedling. Your Seedling is Your virtual being living on the planet of Avesta, in a Society You choose. You manage Your Seedling, but You don't fully control or role-play it. Your Seedling is active 24/7 on Avesta, even when You are offline. Your Seedling is the owner of User Content as well as Licensed Publisher Content gifted to Your Seedling. All SEED Content owned by Your Seedling may be destroyed and lost forever, subject to the exposure to certain Game Systems. In particular, all SEED Content owned by a Seedling may be lost forever in case of death of the Seedling. Only SEED Content stored in Orbital Storage is owned by Your Account, not by Your Seedling. Only storing SEED Content in Orbital Storage prevents loss of SEED Content with 100% certainty. References to a Seedling ‘owning’, ‘holding’, ‘possessing’ or ‘controlling’ SEED Content refer solely to fictional in-game allocation and gameplay state. They do not create property rights, ownership, possession, custody, bailment, trust, monetary value or legal entitlement for the User. Naturally, Your Seedling will live for 120 real-time days, which converts to 120 sim-time years (1 real-time day = 1 sim-time year), but Your Seedling may die or become ill ahead of their time for any number of reasons, just like in the real-world. It is Your task as a player to ensure the well-being and safety of Your Seedling. All SEED Content owned by a Seedling is exposed to SEED's Game Systems and may decay or get lost forever. As between Klang, the Player, their Account and a Seedling, the Player is the human, contractual party controlling an Account, the Account manages the legal relationship with Publisher and Player's access rights, while the Seedling is a semi-autonomous, fictional game entity, controlled or influenced through gameplay. Seedling-held SEED Content is content associated with a Seedling, vulnerable to gameplay loss. Orbital Storage is Account level storage that protects certain SEED Content from Seedling death/gameplay loss. Not all SEED Content can be stored in Orbital Storage. |
Global Marketplace | The Global Marketplace is a Game Feature that allows You to trade SEED Content on behalf of Your Seedling. You can trade SEED Content for Seedcoin in Your Society or between different Societies on Avesta. Trading may incur additional Seedcoin fees, for example for transport or taxes. The Global Markeplace is largely player driven and player governed, but Publisher may interact with the Global Marketplace to ensure fair use and reasonable balancing. Terms like "Buy" and "Sell" in relation to the Global Marketplace may be used to indicate the transfer of content licenses represented by Virtual Assets, but do not indicate a legally valid transfer of economic ownership. You acknowledge that Publisher may deny, halt, suspend, discontinue, or reverse any order or subsequent transaction at any time in its sole discretion. |
Seedcoin to Pollen Exchange | The Seedcoin to Pollen Exchange allows You to trade Seedcoin against Pollen. Terms like "Buy" and "Sell" in relation to the Seedcoin to Pollen Exchange may be used to indicate the transfer of content licenses represented by Virtual Assets, but do not indicate a legally valid transfer of economic ownership. Any exchange between Seedcoin and Pollen is a purely internal gameplay conversion made available, limited, adjusted or disabled by Publisher through the relevant Game Systems. Such conversion does not create any right to money, monetary value, refund, withdrawal, redemption, cash-out, external transfer or fixed exchange rate. You acknowledge that Publisher may deny, halt, suspend, discontinue, or reverse any order or subsequent transaction at any time in its sole discretion. You can spend Your Pollen in the SEED Web Store or in the SEED In Game Store for certain Licensed Publisher Content and/or Access Rights. |
LLM Driven Features | LLM Driven Features are Game Features, support tools, moderation-support tools or other SEED features that use large language models or similar AI systems to generate, transform, classify, summarise, route or otherwise process text, dialogue, prompts, gameplay context or other content. For the SEED gameplay experience, LLM Driven Features are used to process gameplay context and Player input to generate output using an LLM System in the background. LLM Driven Features are individually described throughout the SEED Terms. Please review our AI disclosures and Data Privacy Statement to learn more about LLM Driven Features. |
Player to Seedling Chat | Player to Seedling chat allows You to engage with and direct Your Seedling. Player to Seedling Chat is available via Companion App as well. Your Seedling's reactions are generated using a Large Language Model. Player to Seedling Chat is an LLM Driven Feature. Please review our AI disclosures and Data Privacy Statement to learn more about this Game Feature. |
Orbital Storage | Orbital Storage is a Game Feature which allows You to safely store certain eligible SEED Content at the level of Your Account and not with Your Seedling as the owner, keeping such SEED Content without exposure to Game Systems. Please note that using Orbital Storage is the only way to ensure SEED Content will not be lost forever. SEED Content in Orbital Storage remains SEED Content licensed under the SEED Terms and does not become owned property or acquire real-world value. Publisher reserves the right to amend the specific mechanics for the use of Orbital Storage. Using Orbitatl Storage means SEED Content is not exposed to Game Systems, but does not include a forever guarantee for the availability or preservation of such SEED Content. |
Seedling Groups | You can add multiple Seedlings to a Seedling Group, which will allow them to share certain SEED Content owned by them. If one Seedling dies, the SEED Content owned by that Seedling will be automatically transferred to another Seedling in the Seedling Group. If all Seedlings in the Seedling Group die, the SEED Content shared by these Seedlings may be lost forever. |
Inheritance | If Your Seedling dies, any SEED Content owned by Your Seedling can be inherited by another Seedling. You need to plan Inheritance in advance, otherwise SEED Content owned by a Seedling who has died may be destroyed and lost forever. Inheritance will go live shortly after the Early Access Launch of SEED. Until the go-live of Inheritance, You must safeguard SEED Content using Seedling Groups and Orbital Storage. |
Cultivator Progression Track and XP | When You help Seedlings out You get XP, which will level You up as a Cultivator and with those levels come rewards. Cultivator Progression may be different depending on Your Membership level and other factors of how You engage with SEED and other Cultivators. Cultivator Progression may take into consideration a variety of factors, including repeated engagement over time. A loss of engagement may result in a loss of Cultivator Progression, XP or rewards gained, but not used. |
Community Features | Community Features are Game Features that only function in relation to the activity of and in coordination with other Players. |
Societies or Virtual Societies | Societies are the virtual communities, where Seedlings live and players coordinate to ensure their survival, well-being, safety and entertainment. Societies are mostly player governed. Societies can be open or private (protected by password). Players can chose how a Society should be governed. Depending on the chosen form of governance and organization, Players will be able to exert various levels of authority within the society through roles occupied by their Seedlings, including, but not limited to the right to levy taxes. Depending on a chosen consitution for the Society, Players may also exercise voting rights through their Seedlings, deciding which Player(s) can - through their Seedlings - exercise authority. Publisher will only interfer with Societies to ensure compliance with statutory law, SEED's Terms of Service and any applicable User Policies. Society governance, Society rules and player-governed bans are Game Features and have effect only within the relevant Game Systems. They do not replace Publisher’s rights or obligations under the SEED Terms, the Reporting and Appeals Policy, applicable law or platform-level content moderation rules. |
Bans | Bans are fully player governed Game Systems which allow Players in a Society to coordinate to ban another Player. A Ban will result in the Player's Seedling being migrated by force and the Seedling's belongings being transferred to the Society. Banning has no relation to Publisher's moderation and reporting obligations under statutory law, but is strictly a player governed system provided for gameplay and entertainment. As such, Publisher has only very limited capacity to review or reinstate any bans a Player may deem wrongful. |
Service Locations | Service Locations are Game Features within a Society where Seedlings offer, access and consume Player Driven Content in the form of goods and services. A Service Location is operated by a Seedling on Your behalf and may employ other Seedlings to deliver its services. Service Locations are player governed and their availability, quality and continued operation depend on the skillful management of the Seedlings running them and on the Game Systems to which they are exposed. Publisher will only interfere with Service Locations to ensure compliance with statutory law, SEED's Terms of Service and any applicable User Policies. |
Contracts | Contracts are a Game Feature that allows Seedlings to enter into binding in-game agreements with one another for the provision, exchange or delivery of Player Driven Content, for example employment at a Service Location, supply of goods, or performance of a service, in return for Seedcoin. Contracts are a strictly player governed system provided for gameplay and entertainment; they have no legal effect outside SEED, create no real-world obligations, and Publisher has only very limited capacity to review, enforce or reverse them. Contracts are fictional gameplay arrangements between Seedlings or other in-game entities. They are not legal contracts between Users, between a User and Publisher, or between any real-world persons, and they do not create real-world payment obligations, employment, agency, partnership, property transfer, service obligations or enforceable legal claims. |
Seedling Conversations and Relationships | Seedling Conversations allow Seedlings to talk to each other. You can direct Your Seedling to start a conversation and steer it in a certain direction. Your Seedling may not always pick up on Your direction. Seedlings develop Relationships with each other through Seedling Conversations. Seedling conversations are generated using a Large Language Model. Seedling Conversations are and Relationships are an LLM Driven Feature. Please review our AI disclosures and Data Privacy Statement to learn more about this Game Feature. Users must not use Seedling Conversations to sexualise, threaten, harass, identify or endanger other Players and their Seedlings. The Player Code of Conduct prohibits content or behaviour that is hateful, sexually explicit, threatening or illegal. |
Player to Player Chat | Player to Player Chat allows You to message another Player directly. Please review our Community Rules and Data Privacy Statement to learn more about this Game Feature. Users must not use Player to Player Chat to sexualise, threaten, harass, identify or endanger other Players. The Player Code of Conduct prohibits content or behaviour that is hateful, sexually explicit, threatening or illegal. |

Spark is an LLM Driven Feature. Please review our AI disclosures and Data Privacy Statement to learn more about this Game Feature. |

Purchased Access Right | Purchased Access Right refers to any Access Right defined in this section which has been purchased by a Player from Publisher in the SEED Web Store or SEED In-Game Store, using Pollen or Fiat Currency. |
Earned Access Right | Earned Access Right refers to any Access Right defined in this section which has been earned by a Player through gameplay rewards, progression or any applicable reward program, as may be offered by Publisher from time to time. Publisher specifically reserves to introduce expiration rules or timelines for unused Earned Access Rights. In case of newly introduced expiration rules, Publisher will appropriately consider the User's legitimate interest. |
Seedling Slot | A Seedling Slot is the right to manage a Seedling. Seedling Slots can be time limited or permanent. As a Player, You cannot manage a Seedling without an empty Seedling Slot. To start playing SEED, You will need a Seedling Slot and a Seedling Life. Spawning a Seedling Life to a Seedling Slot will give You a Seedling to manage, which will unlock the gameplay of SEED for You. Once a Seedling Slot expires with an active Seedling spawned to it, Your Seedling will be able to continue living in SEED, but once Your Seedling dies, Your Seedling Slot will disappear and You will need to purchase a new Seedling Slot to spawn a new Seedling. |
Platinum | The Platinum Seedling Slot provides You with a permanent Seedling Slot. Permanent means Your Platinum Seedling Slot is not limited in time, as opposed to any other Seedling Slot. Permament does not mean available forever, as Game Systems, moentization mechanisms and gameplay logic may change. External Connections are not provided by Publisher and subject to separate terms and conditions. However, External Connections may be hosted or otherwise maintained, moderated or supported by Publisher. In this case, Publisher may connect Your account from an External Connection with Your SEED Account. 9. AI Transparency
Publisher may provide labels, interface notices, tooltips, help pages, announcements or other information indicating where AI-supported features are used. The absence of a label in a specific interaction does not mean that no AI-supported processing is involved, unless applicable law requires a different result.

5. LLM Driven Features
SEED includes LLM Driven Features. These may process Player input, gameplay context, prompts, dialogue, messages, reports, support requests or other SEED-related content to generate, transform, classify, summarise, route or otherwise process content. LLM Driven Features may be used for:
gameplay dialogue and Player-to-Seedling interactions;
support routing and support assistance;
moderation-support workflows;
safety classification;
report handling;
bug-report triage;
content transformation, summarisation or generation;
testing, debugging, balancing and improvement of SEED features.
6. Self-Hosted Open-Weights LLM Models
LLM Driven Features may use open-weights large language models operated by or for Klang. These models may be self-hosted on infrastructure located in the European Union and the United States. LLM Driven Features may also use proprietary large language models on infrastructure located in the European Union and the United States. For the operation of LLM Driven Features, we may process and store:
Player text input;
prompts;
Player-to-Seedling chat;
gameplay context;
Generated Content;
moderation-support data;
support and report data;
technical logs and metadata related to AI interactions.
This processing may be used to:
provide the relevant LLM Driven Feature;
generate or route output;
maintain safety and technical integrity;
detect abuse, cheating, fraud, RMT and violations of the SEED Terms;
debug and improve performance;
investigate reports and appeals;
preserve evidence where necessary;
comply with legal obligations.
7. AI Model Training, Evaluation and Future Use of Data
Klang does not currently plan to use User Content or player text input to train, fine-tune, evaluate or improve AI models for general AI-training purposes. However, SEED is an evolving service, and Klang may wish to use selected User Content, player text input, prompts, gameplay context, Generated Content or related interaction data for AI model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, testing or improvement in the future. If Klang introduces such use in the future, Klang will do so only where it has a valid legal basis and provides the information, safeguards and user choices required by applicable data protection law. Any future AI training or evaluation use may include, depending on the final implementation:
improving gameplay dialogue and Seedling interactions;
improving safety and moderation-support systems;
improving support-routing systems;
testing model performance and failure cases;
reducing harmful, inaccurate or inappropriate AI output;
improving detection of cheating, scams, exploit facilitation, RMT or abuse;
improving game-specific language understanding and fictional world consistency.
Klang may use different legal bases for different forms of AI-related processing. For example:
AI-related processing | Current position |
Operating LLM Driven Features | May occur as part of the SEED service, depending on the feature used |
Safety, abuse, anti-cheat, anti-fraud and anti-RMT processing | May occur where necessary for SEED integrity and enforcement |
Future AI model training, fine-tuning, evaluation or improvement using User Content or player text input | Not currently planned, but may be introduced in the future subject to applicable law, transparency and user rights |
Future use of identifiable personal data for AI training | Will require an appropriate legal basis and safeguards |
Future use of anonymised or aggregated data for AI improvement | May be used where the data is no longer personal data or where another lawful basis applies |
The following categories of personal data will be excluded from future AI training datasets by default:
support tickets;
appeals;
moderation reports;
legal complaints;
suspected child-safety material;
reports involving harassment, hate, threats, doxxing or self-harm;
payment and transaction data;
government identification data, if any;
private account-security communications;
data known to contain special-category personal data;
data relating to suspected minors where exclusion is technically feasible;
data subject to a valid AI Training Opt-Out.
This exclusion does not prevent Klang from processing these categories where necessary for support, moderation, safety, enforcement, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, anti-cheat, anti-RMT or legal claims.
You may opt out of, and object to, the use of your personal data for future AI model training, fine-tuning, evaluation or improvement purposes by sending an email to support@klang-games.com. Please include “AI Training Opt-Out” in the subject line and provide the email address associated with your Account so that we can identify your Account. If your opt-out or objection is valid, we will take reasonable steps to exclude your personal data from future AI training datasets, fine-tuning datasets, evaluation datasets or comparable AI improvement datasets, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless processing is required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Your AI Training Opt-Out does not prevent Klang from processing data where necessary to:
operate SEED;
provide LLM Driven Features you use;
maintain security and technical integrity;
detect or prevent cheating, exploits, fraud, scams, RMT, botting or abuse;
enforce the SEED Terms;
handle reports, appeals and sanctions;
preserve evidence;
comply with legal obligations;
respond to legal claims or official requests;
use data that has been anonymised so that it no longer relates to an identifiable person.
Where technically and legally feasible, Klang will apply your AI Training Opt-Out on a prospective basis. This means that the opt-out will apply to future AI training or comparable future AI improvement uses after the request has been processed. If personal data has already been lawfully included in a model, dataset, log, backup or derived system before an opt-out is processed, complete removal may not always be technically possible. In such cases, Klang will assess available mitigation measures and comply with applicable data protection law.
8. Player Text Input and Storage
Player text input may be stored on servers located in the European Union and the United States. This may include chat messages, prompts, Player-to-Seedling interactions, Society content, Contract text, reports, support communications, bug reports and other text submitted in connection with SEED.

legal compliance;
legal claims and evidence preservation;
service integrity and security.
Some player text input may need to be retained for extended periods, including indefinitely, where necessary for persistent world functionality, safety, legal claims, anti-abuse history, moderation integrity, fraud prevention, anti-cheat, anti-RMT or technical integrity. Where possible and appropriate, Klang may anonymise, aggregate, restrict access to or delete text data when the original identifiable form is no longer needed.
9. User Content, Visibility and Public Gameplay

The Player Code of Conduct states that Players must not share anyone’s personal information or pressure others to reveal theirs, and that private information should stay private, especially where it could be used to harass or track someone outside the game.
10. Support, Reports, Appeals and Review Specialists
When you contact support, submit a report, file an appeal or send a bug report, we may process the information you provide and related Account, gameplay, technical, moderation and communication data. These specialists may access the data reasonably necessary to handle the relevant ticket, which may include:
Account identifiers;
email address;
support-ticket content;
relevant gameplay context;
technical logs;
report or appeal information;
moderation status;
payment or transaction references where necessary for the issue.
We use support data to respond to requests, investigate issues, resolve disputes, enforce the SEED Terms, improve support quality, preserve evidence and comply with legal obligations.
The Player Code of Conduct instructs Players to use reporting tools rather than taking matters into their own hands, and states that reports are reviewed and action may be taken when needed.

We may process personal data in the European Union, the United States, Malaysia and other countries where our service providers, infrastructure providers, support providers, payment providers, security providers, analytics providers or other recipients are located.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we will use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable data protection law. These may include:

Section E - Fair Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Fair Use Policy forms Section E of the SEED Terms. It explains what counts as fair, intended and acceptable use of SEED and what counts as abuse, exploitation or misuse.
SEED is a living online world built by real people. Competition, rivalry, negotiation, scarcity, conflict, strategy and social consequences may be part of the Game. This Policy is not intended to prohibit ordinary gameplay conflict. It is intended to prevent misuse that harms other Players, Publisher, SEED’s integrity or the Intended Purpose.
2. Applicability of the SEED Terms
The SEED Terms consist of Section A to Section H, as set out in the overview and definitions of the SEED Terms under Section A. Each Section forms an integral part of the SEED Terms and is included by reference. If a term is capitalised, it has the meaning given in Section A, unless the relevant Section expressly provides otherwise. Violations may result in Measures under Section H.
3. General Fair Use Standard
You must use SEED in a way that is consistent with:
the intended purpose of SEED;

technical integrity;
community safety;
the fictional and gameplay-only nature of SEED Content;

the rights and legitimate interests of other Users;
the Intended Purpose;

external credits;
monetary value;

Publisher may reverse, adjust, suspend, disable or remove transactions, balances, listings, exchange functionality, Virtual Assets or SEED Currencies where reasonably necessary to protect SEED’s integrity or the Intended Purpose.
8. Griefing and Sabotage
You may compete, scheme, negotiate, betray, raid, rival and pursue in-game advantage where allowed by Game Systems. You must not cross the line into abusive conduct.

Contracts and Service Locations operate only as fictional Game Systems. You must not use them to:
create real-world legal obligations;
demand real-world payment;

2. What You Can Report

Where possible, reports should include:
the relevant Player, Account, Seedling, Society, Contract, Service Location, message, User Content, Generated Content or Game Feature;
date and time;
description of the issue;
screenshots, logs, links or other evidence where available;
explanation of why You believe the SEED Terms were violated.
4. Good-Faith Reporting
Publisher encourages good-faith reporting. You will not be sanctioned merely because a good-faith report is not upheld. You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, abusive, retaliatory or spam reports.
5. Report Review
Publisher may review reports using a combination of:
automated tools;
AI-supported classification or routing;
logs and technical data;
human review;
trust and safety procedures;
legal review where appropriate.
Publisher may prioritise reports based on severity, urgency, legal risk, safety risk, evidence, scale and potential harm.

content restriction or removal;
gameplay reversal or adjustment;
Account restriction;
chat, Spark, Society, Contract or Service Location restrictions;
temporary suspension;
permanent access termination;
referral to legal or safety teams;

An appeal should include:
the decision being appealed;
why You believe the decision was wrong;

User Content being restored;
further investigation;
additional Measures where the appeal reveals further violations.
11. Repeated or Abusive Appeals
Publisher may restrict repeated, duplicate, abusive, threatening, harassing or bad-faith appeals, subject to applicable law.
12. DSA-Related Notices
Where SEED is subject to DSA obligations for hosting or platform services, Publisher will operate applicable notice, action, statement-of-reasons and complaint-handling processes as required by law.
The relevant representative of Publisher can be contacted under support@klang-games.com.
Please include the reference to a DSA-Related Notice in your request.
13. No Self-Help Retaliation
If something goes wrong, You should use official reporting tools rather than retaliating, harassing, doxxing, griefing, threatening or organising pile-ons against other Players.
The Player Code of Conduct already reflects this principle by instructing Players to use in-game reporting tools rather than taking matters into their own hands.
Section G - Game Rules and Player Code of Conduct
1. Welcome to Avesta
Welcome to Avesta.
SEED is a living world built by real people. Every character You meet is someone like You. That changes things. The way You treat each other here matters more than in most games, because there is a person on the other side of every interaction.
This Game Rules and Player Code of Conduct forms Section G of the SEED Terms. It explains the basic behaviour expected from everyone who joins SEED.
2. Play Like People Are Real, Because They Are
Every Seedling is connected to a human being making their own story.
Disagreements, rivalries, politics, competition and drama can be part of a living society. That can be fine, and even fun. What is not fine is treating someone as a target instead of a Player.
You must not:
harass;
threaten;
stalk;
bully;
hate;
pile on;
dehumanise;
target someone based on protected or personal characteristics;
encourage others to attack a Player;
use Game Systems to make someone feel unsafe.
If You would not say it to someone across a table, do not say it here.
3. Build More Than You Break
SEED rewards Players who create societies, relationships, reputations, stories and consequences.
You are welcome to:
compete hard;
scheme;
negotiate;
rival;
betray within allowed gameplay;
pursue Your own goals;
play an adversary.
But there is a line between playing an adversary and being one. You must not:
grief for the sake of ruining someone else’s experience;
sabotage communities without legitimate gameplay purpose;
repeatedly target a Player or group to drive them away;
misuse Society features, Service Locations, Contracts or Spark to harass;
destroy what others are building merely to watch it burn.
4. Keep It Honest
Play the Game as it is meant to be played. You must not:
cheat;
exploit bugs;
use bots;
use macros, scripts or automation for unfair advantage;
use unauthorised third-party tools;
manipulate the Game Client, Launcher, Companion App, Portal or network traffic;
bypass technical limits;
abuse multiple Accounts;
farm exploits;
hide or launder exploit gains;
distribute exploit methods.
If You find an exploit, report it. Do not farm it.
5. No Real-Money Trading
You must not buy, sell, rent, lend, license, gift, trade, transfer, broker or otherwise make available Accounts, access, Seedlings, Seedling Slots, Seedling Life, Virtual Assets, SEED Currencies, Seedcoin, Pollen, User Content, Membership benefits, Society interests, Service Locations, Contract benefits, gameplay services or other SEED Content for real money, monetary value or anything of value outside the SEED Terms. This applies both inside and outside SEED, including through External Connections, private messages, third-party websites, marketplaces, social media, Discord servers or direct arrangements.
6. Respect the World’s Boundaries
You must not create, share, prompt, generate or encourage content or behaviour that is:
illegal;
hateful;
threatening;
sexually explicit toward minors;
child sexual abuse material or related content;
extremist;
violent threats;
doxxing;
privacy-invasive;
fraudulent;
deceptive;
malicious;
infringing;
designed to harass or exploit.
Names, messages, Spark posts, creations, Society materials, Contracts, Service Location content, Seedling interactions and Generated Content must stay within boundaries that allow Players to share the world safely.
7. Do Not Impersonate or Deceive
You must not impersonate:
Publisher;
staff;
moderators;
support personnel;
other Players;
public figures;
third parties;
official partners.
Roleplay, fiction and in-game identity can be part of SEED, but deception that harms others, extracts value, evades enforcement or creates false authority is prohibited.
8. Protect Each Other’s Privacy
Do not share anyone’s personal information without permission.
Do not pressure Players to reveal personal information.
Do not collect, expose, threaten to expose, track or use personal information to harass someone inside or outside SEED.
This includes:
real names;
addresses;
phone numbers;
email addresses;
workplace or school details;
social media accounts;
location data;
private images;
private messages;
payment details;
information about minors.
9. Use AI Responsibly
You must not misuse LLM Driven Features, PAM, Seedling interactions, Spark, Generated Content or other AI-supported features to:
harass;
impersonate;
deceive;
generate prohibited content;
evade moderation;
automate spam;
manipulate Players;
extract private information;
create exploit instructions;
conduct real-money trading;
overload support, reporting or appeal systems.
Generated Content is part of SEED’s fictional and technical environment. It is not a tool for harming other Players.
10. Use Reports Properly
If someone crosses a line, use the official reporting tools rather than taking matters into Your own hands. Do not retaliate, dox, threaten, grief, pile on or organise harassment. Reports and appeals are handled under Section F.
11. Consequences
If You break the rules, Publisher may apply Measures under Section H.
Depending on what happened, consequences may range from a warning to temporary restrictions, removal of content, reversal of gameplay effects, suspension or permanent Account action.
Publisher aims to act fairly and proportionately, considering context, severity, repetition, intent, harm and legal obligations.
Section H - Sanctions
1. Purpose
This Sanctions section forms Section H of the SEED Terms. It explains the measures Publisher may take when a User violates the SEED Terms, creates risk, harms other Users, undermines SEED’s integrity or misuses SEED (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”).
2. Enforcement Principles
Publisher aims to apply Measures in a way that is:
fair;
proportionate;
context-sensitive;
consistent with SEED’s safety and integrity;
appropriate to the severity and frequency of the violation;
protective of Users and the Game;
compliant with applicable law.
Publisher may consider the legitimate interests of affected Users, the community, Publisher, legal rights and safety obligations.

risk to Players;
whether minors or vulnerable persons were affected;
whether illegal content or conduct was involved;
intent;
negligence;
repetition;
scale;
coordination;
use of multiple Accounts;
use of automation or third-party tools;
use of LLM Driven Features;
economic or gameplay impact;
impact on SEED’s integrity;
concealment or evidence tampering;
cooperation with Publisher;
prior history;
whether the User self-reported a bug or exploit.
6. Immediate Action
Publisher may take immediate action without prior warning where reasonably necessary to:
prevent harm;
protect Players;
stop cheating, fraud, real-money trading or exploitation;
secure SEED;
preserve evidence;
comply with law;
prevent evasion;
address illegal content;
protect minors;
prevent serious disruption of Game Systems.
7. Real-Money Trading and External Markets
Real-money trading, external-market activity, cash-out arrangements, unauthorised account transfers, tokenisation, NFT activity, cryptocurrency-linked trading, laundering of value or similar conduct may result in severe Measures, including:
transaction reversal;
removal of affected Virtual Assets or SEED Currencies;
Account restriction;
suspension;
permanent termination;
device, payment or technical restrictions;
legal escalation.
8. Cheating, Exploits and Automation
Cheating, exploit use, botting, automation, unauthorised tools, technical manipulation or distribution of exploit methods may result in:
rollback;
wipe;
removal of exploit gains;
temporary or permanent restrictions;
Account suspension or termination;
technical countermeasures;
legal escalation where appropriate.
9. Harassment, Hate, Threats and Privacy Violations
Harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, stalking, sexual exploitation, child safety violations or other serious safety issues may result in immediate and severe Measures, including permanent termination and legal escalation where appropriate.
10. Society-Level and Game-Level Measures
Society-level decisions and in-game bans are fictional gameplay and community features. They do not replace Publisher’s platform-level moderation, safety, reporting, appeals or enforcement responsibilities. Publisher may override, restrict, reverse or disregard Society decisions where reasonably necessary to enforce the SEED Terms, protect Users, comply with law or preserve SEED’s integrity.
11. Contracts, Service Locations and In-Game Consequences
Publisher may modify, reset, suspend, disable, reverse or remove Contracts, Service Locations or related gameplay states where they are used for abuse, real-money trading, harassment, exploitation, evasion, fraud or conduct inconsistent with the SEED Terms.
12. Notice of Measures
Where appropriate or legally required, Publisher will provide notice of Measures, including the general reason and available appeal options.
Publisher may withhold or limit details where disclosure would risk:
safety;
privacy;
security;
anti-cheat effectiveness;
fraud prevention;
investigation integrity;
legal compliance;
protection of other Users;
prevention of evasion.
13. Appeals
Eligible Measures may be appealed under Section F.
Filing an appeal does not automatically suspend the Measure unless Publisher decides otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Evasion
You must not evade Measures by:
creating or using another Account;
using someone else’s Account;
changing device, payment or network identifiers;
using VPNs or technical tools for evasion;
moving activity to External Connections;
using intermediaries;
transferring SEED Content or SEED Currencies before or after a Measure;
manipulating reports or evidence.
Evasion may result in additional Measures.
15. No Compensation for Measures
Subject to mandatory applicable law, Publisher is not required to compensate You for loss of access to SEED Content, Virtual Assets, SEED Currencies, Seedlings, Seedling Slots, Seedling Life, Membership benefits, Society features, Contracts, Service Locations, Generated Content, gameplay state or Account access resulting from Measures applied under the SEED Terms.
16. Records
Publisher may retain records of Measures, reports, appeals, moderation history, enforcement decisions and related evidence as described in Section D (“Privacy Policy”) and as necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, dispute handling and abuse prevention.
You made it through all of it - thank you for your attention and full compliance with the Agreement.
