🌟 Summary
This update introduces smarter Seedling behaviors, cleaner UI and chat systems, smoother building and scheduling tools, refreshed tutorials, audio enhancements, and a huge wave of fixes and polish across Avesta.
🛠 Major Changes & New Features
Activity Queue Explanations
The activity queue in the Seedling switcher now shows why a Seedling chose an activity when you hover over (e.g., “To satisfy Fun need”).
Stacked Notifications
To reduce clutter, notifications of the same type now group into a single expandable stack.
New polish prevents incoming notifications from covering the history panel.
Building, Placement & World Interaction
Build Mode & Placement Improvements
You can now rename plots of land.
New UI for room access permissions.
Inspecting a building will focus the camera on it, and wall visibility now persists between inspections.
Scheduler Updates
The scheduler has received quality-of-life improvements.
Seedlings will no longer attempt to visit closed service locations, and schedule slots will show a warning icon if a destination is inaccessible.
Schedule slots can now be auto-named by AI.
World Space UI Fading
World-space UI elements (names, icons, etc.) will now fade in and out depending on camera distance.
Characters, Personality & Chat
Character & Personality System Upgrades
Seedling memories now have a “relevance” score, making important events more likely to be discussed.
Personality updates include initial thoughts.
AI-generated conversations are now shorter, less repetitive, and more natural.
Chat & UI Improvements
Chats now display date separators for messages across different days.
Mini-chat improvements: opens by default for new players, remembers its state, and defaults to society chat.
Interests UI now displays specific activities instead of broad tags.
Character stat tooltips have been added.
The Pollen Exchange window has been fully redesigned.
Audio Enhancements
Added volume sliders for Video and PAM voice.
Music now plays during Building Mode.
Music volume lowers automatically when PAM tutorial voice lines play.
Tutorial System Refresh
All tutorials have been migrated to a new, more robust system; completed tutorials will not reappear.
Welcome Gift Auto-Redeem
New players now have their welcome gifts redeemed automatically.
Job Management Updates
Players can now set job position limits below the current number of employees.

🐞 Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements
Fixed a client freeze/crash that could occur when confirming a building design after deleting a structural block that contained an object.
Fixed a critical issue where need changes from an activity could get stuck permanently if the activity was interrupted, causing needs like Bladder and Hygiene to drain extremely quickly.
Fixed a memory leak related to the player online status marker.
Fixed several crash-on-startup or potential crash scenarios related to telemetry, null thoughts, cribs, conversations, and the Ballot UI.
Fixed an issue where Seedlings could get stuck in an activity loop after a building was remodeled, caused by "ghost" building parts.
Building holograms no longer incorrectly block construction. Holograms on different floors are now correctly hidden.
Fixed multiple bugs with server-side overlap validation when moving or placing objects, especially for objects placed on other objects.
Construction is now correctly blocked if an object is located inside an elevator shaft.
Fixed an issue that prevented adding more floors to a building if the plot was not player-owned.
Fixed an issue where "Self-Treat Injury" could be performed by one Seedling on another from a distance.
Multi-agent activities like conversations can no longer be interrupted by other Seedlings.
Corrected the "give flowers" and "caress" animations by swapping the Seedling positions to match the action.
Fixed several animation bugs related to Seedlings spawning from the Kernel, including getting stuck in waving or observing states.
Fixed bugs where looping animations would end too early or props would disappear during outro animations.
Seedlings can now find and use sittable objects (like benches) located on outdoor plots, not just inside buildings.
Fixed several synchronization issues in the market's "Sell Orders" panel that caused orders to flicker, glitch, or disappear entirely.
Tomatoes, Pumpkins, and Corn can now correctly be sold via market orders.
Items in the market outbox will no longer decay, preventing an exploit where players could sell decaying items.
Reworked the backend interaction between the market and contract provisioning to prevent systems from interfering with each other's resource requests.
Fixed an issue where orbital storage deliveries were not being properly updated.
Fixed a bug where the "Join Society" button would become unresponsive after going to the Character Creator and then returning to the society selection screen.
The chat notification dot will no longer appear for new messages in muted channels.
Fixed incorrect variable names (e.g., `$SEEDLING_NAME_BY_ROLE_1`) appearing in social activity descriptions.
Fixed an issue where the displayed name in mini-chat mode was incorrect.
The warning icon for inaccessible locations no longer incorrectly appears on "Anywhere" or "Home" schedule slots.
Fixed an invisible UI element in the build overlay that was blocking mouse clicks.
The link to buy Pollen is now always visible in the wallet UI, not just when the balance is zero.
Pressing ESC now correctly closes top HUD windows like the Pollen Exchange.
The Seedling info UI is now correctly hidden when the player has zero Seedlings.
Fixed a crafting dependency loop where the Wire Drawer was required to craft an item needed to craft the Wire Drawer itself.
Fixed an issue where hauling activities were incorrectly being advertised as satisfying Seedling needs.
Fixed Tutobot question evaluations not working.
Fixed an issue where the "Create Farm Field" option could disappear after a server update.
Fixed an issue with provision requests being removed from the wrong indices.
Fixed a number of null-reference exceptions across various systems.
Ensured sector names are fetched correctly and appear in a consistent order on the society selection screen.
Fixed an issue preventing players with completed objectives from getting stuck after a server update.
