Cultivators of Avesta, a new challenge has been issued by Seed Industries and its subsidiary Quito Foods. Still, with it, the choice to support those who proclaim freedom lies elsewhere, namely Axiom. It seems like the future of The Eilo Archipelago itself could be at stake.
After weeks of turmoil, sabotage, and mounting tensions, the anti–Seed Industries group Axiom has finally been rounded up. Their coordinated disruptions of food supply change caused havoc – and they apparently still have agents working undercover inside of the Logistics Center.
The mysterious compound known only as The Facility, the very place you helped fill with beds during Challenge 2, has now been revealed as a holding site where suspected Axiom members are sent for detainment. Quito Foods are asking for specific items to feed those maintaining and guarding this important location.
Axiom’s Threat: Operation Tomato Soupstorm
When Seed Industries released their Quito Foods challenge, Axiom once again infiltrated the broadcast with a startling message. While Cultivators are being asked to sell Pumpkin Pancakes and Tomato Soup, Axiom have requested more of the latter. Why? To carry out a day of ‘dirty protest’.
Axiom promises liberation from Seed Industries’ control. Freedom from the Facility. A new direction for Avesta but it’s not quite clear what this entails exactly - other than continued protest.
Seed Industries’ Counter: Strengthen the Terraforming Effort
Meanwhile with a massive workforce stationed on Island Obscura to maintain the MX terraforming network, Seed Industries warn that the threat of a Siro storm mass-casualty event is real and imminent.
So the choice is stark: Participate in the Challenge and help Seed Industries keep everyone safe. Choose Tomato Soup over everything else and show support and allegiance to Axiom.
To keep things fair, a universal point system has been introduced:
1 Tomato Soup sold = 1 point
1 Pumpkin Pancake sold = 1 point
The faction – Axiom or Quito Foods – with the most points will be deemed the Cultivators’ Choice. The society with the most points overall wins the challenge.
